Proposta de um modelo conceitual da relação entre transformação digital e inovação em serviços

Objetivo do estudo: Analisar e organizar de maneira teórica a relação entre os temas transformação digital e inovação em serviços trazendo uma atualização das publicações acadêmicas que endereçam esta relação.
Metodologia/abordagem: Ensaio Teórico efetuado após Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (nas bases Scopus e Web of Science)
Originalidade/Relevância: Ainda que existam diferentes estudos acadêmicos sobre cada um dos temas separadamente, existe uma carência e oportunidade de se aprofundar no estudo da relação entre ambos.
Principais resultados: Emergiram 10 (dez) diferentes categorias que relacionam os temas transformação digital e inovação em serviços. Os principais conceitos dos artigos foram organizados em cada uma destas 10 categorias. Posteriormente, estas 10 categorias foram divididas em três grandes dimensões: fatores que influenciam a transformação digital, fatores que influenciam a relação entre transformação digital e inovação em serviços e resultados da inovação.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: A principal contribuição do artigo é a proposição de um modelo teórico e esquemático organizando estas dimensões, categorias e os principais conceitos.
Contribuições sociais / para a gestão: Este estudo pode ajudar na melhor compreensão da relação entre ambos os temas tanto para fins acadêmicos quanto profissionais.
