Transformación digital: la implementación de robots inteligentes a la luz de la teoría de la resistencia a la innovación

Resumen
Proposito: Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar cómo el marketing puede facilitar la adopción de proyectos de automatización con robots inteligentes en organizaciones, a la luz de la Teoría de la Resistencia a la Innovación.
Metodología: Se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo exploratorio, utilizando grupos focales para investigar la adopción de robots inteligentes. Se realizaron tres sesiones presenciales, cada una con seis profesionales con experiencia en marketing e Industria 4.0.
Originalidad/Relevancia: Este estudio combina la Teoría de la Resistencia a la Innovación con los 4Ps del marketing para analizar la adopción de robots inteligentes en organizaciones. La investigación explora estrategias de marketing para superar barreras funcionales y psicológicas a la innovación.
Resultados principales: Se identificó que los 4Ps del marketing son esenciales para superar barreras en la adopción de robots inteligentes. Estrategias como capacitación interactiva, fijación de precios basada en valor, webinars y optimización de la distribución redujeron la resistencia, mientras que la personalización de productos y formación de equipos fueron clave para aumentar la aceptación tecnológica.
Contribuciones teóricas: El estudio aplica la Teoría de la Resistencia a la Innovación, demostrando cómo los 4Ps del marketing reducen barreras a la adopción de robots inteligentes, destacando los grupos focales como método eficaz para comprender percepciones organizacionales.
Contribuciones para la administración: Se enfatiza el marketing como herramienta clave para reducir la resistencia a la adopción de robots inteligentes, proponiendo personalización de productos, capacitación de equipos y comunicación eficaz para impulsar la transformación digital en las empresas.
