O uso das mídias sociais para fomento à gestão do conhecimento: um estudo sobre sua aderência na Marinha do Brasil

Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo é identificar os fatores que influenciam a intenção dos militares da Marinha do Brasil (MB) em compartilhar conhecimento por meio das mídias sociais.
Metodologia/procedimentos metodológicos: a pesquisa envolve um Survey, com a participação de 125 respondentes ligados ao Programa Netuno da Marinha do Brasil. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário online, utilizando uma escala Likert de 5 pontos, e analisados por meio de modelagem de equações estruturais (MEE) com o pacote lavaan no software R.
Originalidade/Relevância: este estudo se insere em um gap teórico relacionado à escassa produção acadêmica nacional sobre a interseção entre gestão do conhecimento e mídias sociais, especialmente no contexto das Forças Armadas. A pesquisa é relevante por abordar uma temática ainda pouco explorada no âmbito das instituições públicas que envolve o uso de mídias sociais como ferramentas estratégicas para a GC.
Principais resultados: os resultados indicam que a utilidade percebida, a facilidade de uso e a reciprocidade são os principais fatores que influenciam a intenção dos militares da MB em compartilhar conhecimento por meio das mídias sociais.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: o estudo contribui para a literatura ao validar um modelo teórico que integra variáveis como utilidade percebida, facilidade de uso e reciprocidade no contexto do compartilhamento de conhecimento em mídias sociais. Além disso, a pesquisa reforça a aplicabilidade do Modelo de Aceitação de Tecnologia (TAM) e da Teoria do Comportamento Planejado (TPB) em contextos organizacionais complexos, como o militar.
Contribuições sociais / para a gestão: Essas descobertas podem ser aplicadas em outras organizações públicas ou militares que buscam aprimorar suas práticas de gestão do conhecimento por meio de tecnologias digitais.
