Modelos de maturidade para a indústria 4.0: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Objetivo: Apresentar um quadro de referência dos modelos de maturidade (MMs) para a I4.0 e uma agenda de pesquisa.
Metodologia: Foi adotada uma revisão sistemática da literatura nas bases de dados Web of Science e Scopus.
Originalidade/Relevância: A identificação dos elementos que possibilitam a avaliação da integração entre níveis e dimensões dos MM para a I4.0 é um tópico de pesquisa relevante.
Resultados: Os MMs possuem em média cinco níveis de maturidade, do inexistente ao avançado, e apresentam dimensões relacionadas à tecnologia e dimensões de suporte (estratégia, operações, cultura, pessoas, segurança, etc.).
Contribuições teóricas: O quadro de referência auxilia na adoção ou no desenvolvimento de novos modelos. Destaca também a ausência de modelos para o setor de serviços e a necessidade de investigações voltadas para a sistematização de uma abordagem integrada.
