Modelo de maturidade do Banking 4.0: proposta e avaliação segundo a opinião de especialistas

Modelo de madurez de la Banca 4.0: propuesta y evaluación según la opinión de expertos
Objetivo: este artículo busca proponer y mejorar un Modelo de Evaluación de Madurez (MM) para la Banca 4.0 (B4.0).
Métodos: esta investigación empleó una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva debido a la ausencia de modelos de madurez que aborden la Banca 4.0. Para construir el modelo de evaluación, se implementó un procedimiento de desarrollo de modelos de madurez de cuatro pasos: (1) definición del problema, (2) comparación con los modelos de madurez existentes, (3) determinación de la estrategia de desarrollo y (4) desarrollo interactivo. El modelo resultante fue evaluado por expertos en la materia.
Originalidad: la propuesta y evaluación del modelo representa un avance en la literatura dado su alcance innovador con foco en B4.0.
Resultados: basándose en una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva de los modelos de madurez de la Banca 4.0 (B4.0) y la Industria 4.0 (I4.0), este estudio propone un modelo que comprende cinco dimensiones: Tecnología, Cliente, Personas y Cultura, Estrategia y Liderazgo, y Gobernanza. El modelo incluye cuatro niveles de madurez (Inicial, Gestionado, Integrado, Orientado Digitalmente) y 42 elementos específicos de madurez. Para implementar el modelo, se debe evaluar el desempeño del banco y la importancia relativa de cada vencimiento para calcular el vencimiento general. Expertos en la materia evaluaron la estructura del modelo según la teoría de modelos de madurez.
Contribuciones: El modelo de madurez proporciona un marco estructurado para que los gerentes bancarios evalúen el estado de la organización y guíen el progreso en las iniciativas de la Banca 4.0.
