Resumo

Dear Reader,

Continuing the reasoning we have been presenting for several editorials in our Journal of Management & Technology, the history of scientific knowledge has undergone many theoretical and methodological evolutions. Some were and continue to be considered highly impactful in philosophical, scientific, technical, and even religious literature, as reflected in a myriad of statements presented by notable thinkers and researchers throughout history.

It seems to me that currently, with the exponential support provided by information technologies, notably Artificial Intelligence, science, technology, and management are experiencing a substantial boost in the history of knowledge, with regard to the ability to identify and generate deep and sophisticated data and information, capable of changing the way we do almost everything we need.
