Resumen

Dear Reader,

In these very confused times, it seems that Philosophy and Science are the expressions of knowledge that can most intensely take protagonist positions in the direction to the light and to the conducts capable of providing the effective evolution of the people. Philosophy has already demonstrated, on several occasions in the history of humanity, this contributory potential. Philosophical orientation has already redirected conduct and results in many nations through Politics.
