Abstract

Dear reader,

In a time of relational turbulence of all kinds, throughout almost the entire world, several aspects of the evolution of science and technology are developing more quickly than other entrepreneurial frontiers. In fact, science and technology act as essential elements for the evolution of people. They are protagonists in development, as determinants, as processors and as consequences in the various evolving systems.
