Análise de fatores que influenciam o clima organizacional de uma empresa de engenharia de grande porte

Objetivo: Analisar os fatores que influenciam o clima organizacional de uma empresa de economia mista de grande porte do ramo da engenharia, entender a importância relativa das variáveis independentes na formação do clima organizacional e propor ações sobre estes fatores, possibilitando uma melhor percepção pelos colaboradores através da elaboração de um plano de ação.
Metodologia/abordagem: Regressão linear múltipla.
Originalidade/Relevância: A análise do clima organizacional em empresas de engenharia de grande porte, apesar de interesse significativo, é pouco divulgada. Realizou-se uma análise quantitativa para aprofundar o conhecimento neste aspecto.
Principais resultados: Os dados foram coletados em pesquisa de clima organizacional realizada em 2022, abrangendo 158 áreas e 3.687 colaboradores. Para definição das variáveis realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica, identificando os parâmetros adotados pelos autores de referência. Das 59 variáveis estudadas, 7 compuseram a função encontrada, sendo o salário médio, o número médio de feedbacks no ano, o percentual de técnicos de nível médio, o índice de avaliação de desempenho dos colaboradores, a variabilidade desta avaliação de desempenho, o número de anos do gerente na empresa e o percentual de colaboradores que trabalham na mesma cidade de seu gerente.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: Indicação das principais variáveis que impactam o clima organizacional e de uma metodologia para sua aferição em outros contextos.
Contribuições sociais / para a gestão: Este estudo pode auxiliar no entendimento da formação do clima organizacional de empresas de engenharia e no direcionamento de ações dos gestores.
