Entendendo o negócio de entrega em Lockers na última milha a partir de uma revisão sistemática de literatura

Abstract

A última milha logística é uma das etapas mais caras e poluentes, assim para melhorar essa etapa surgem alternativas como a entrega de encomendas em lockers (armários inteligentes) que permite ao usuário o autoatendimento. O presente artigo busca identificar as dificuldades evidenciadas na literatura para estruturar o negócio de lockers na última milha. Foi conduzida uma revisão sistemática da literatura, com a definição de termos chave usados em uma expressão de busca nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science, obtendo 73 artigos analisados na discussão. Como resultado da análise foram identificados 19 fatores associados ao uso de lockers na entrega de última milha, que podem ser agrupados em 3 categorias de problemas: o processo de entrega, a rede de lockers e o comportamento do usuário. Essas categorias se relacionam sistematicamente e podem definir ou direcionar a estratégia das empresas que adotam a entrega em locker na última milha logística, tanto em termos de processo como de negócio. Trata-se de uma área relevante para as pessoas que necessitam das entregas como as empresas que querem que seus produtos cheguem em seus clientes indicaram, pois apresentam uma nova modalidade de entrega para clientes do e-commerce, e não dependem de alguém para receber ou entregar as encomendas, associando assim tecnologia a inovação em uma atividade essencial.
