Abstract

The theme of scientific publication has been intensively addressed in literature, congresses and meetings in recent years. It is obvious that scientists have always been making significant contributions, recognizing the dual importance of producing and disseminating the results of science. However, several factors have contributed to the current turbulence in addressing this important issue
