Abstract

Dear Reader,

It is with great satisfaction and honor that we offer you the volume 17, n ° 2 of Revista Gestão & Tecnologia or “Journal of Management and Technology”. Through this periodic we offer you articles and technical reports from the most diverse areas in the vast field of management and technology, and especially the combination of these two important segments of scientific knowledge and executive actions. In addition, they are contributions to the literature coming from diverse authors linked to several institutions of education and research in Brazil. As always, we are striving to attract articles from other countries as a way to provide the integration of ideas, research programs and publications, as well as specific scientific cultures.
