Capacidades Como Condição Necessaria Sed Non Sufficiens para a Gestão da Carteira de Alianças Estratégicas – O Caso Embrapa

Resumo


A partir do conceito de capacidade de aliança, este artigo discute como as empresas desenvolvem capacidades para a gestão do portfolio de alianças. Consideram-se estudos sobre como as organizações investem na formação desses recursos para alcançar resultados superiores e os elementos constituem essa capacidade. O caso demonstrou a importância de se estabelecer uma função dedicada à criação de ferramentas e rotinas; processos para a seleção de parceiros e consideração das interfaces entre estrutura e sistemas corporativos e aquelas adotadas pelas redes. Adiciona elementos empíricos à literatura de capacidades de alianças e prova a contribuição da experiência e de mecanismos de aprendizagem se interpondo entre a experiência e o desempenho de aprendizagem. Entretanto, evidencia que esses são elementos necessaria sed non sufficiens para alcance de resultados esperados.
