O efeito da relação entre a motivação e o engajamento no desempenho do indivíduo da equipe de projetos

Resumo

O objetivo destes estudo é Analisar como a motivação afeta o engajamento no desempenho dos indivíduos em equipes de projetos em diferentes regimes de trabalho. A abordagem deste estudo é quantitativa, utilizando uma survey para a coleta de dados. O procedimento metodológico adotado para testar as hipóteses diretas foi a modelagem de equações estruturais.O regime de trabalho ou híbrido levou a mudanças significativas nas organizações em relação ao comportamento e práticas dos indivíduos nas equipes de projetos. Nesse contexto, a motivação e o engajamento são fatores que podem impulsionar o desempenho do indivíduo na equipe de projetos. Como resultados, pode-se apontar que O modelo conceitual proposto foi validado. Ao analisar os regimes de trabalho isoladamente, o modelo apresenta uma capacidade explicativa do desempenho do indivíduo da equipe de projetos em regime presencial e híbrido, e baixa para o work from home.Os resultados obtidos a permitirão avançar as discussões sobre os constructos: motivação, engajamento, desempenho do indivíduo e dos regimes de trabalho, em especial o regime de trabalho work from home. Para a prática, este trabalho fornece percepções e entendimentos para os gestores de projetos lidarem com desafios de gestão de equipes, além de oferecer informações valiosas para as organizações e gestores de projetos que estão buscando otimizar o desempenho das suas equipes em um ambiente de trabalho remoto ou híbrido.
