Resumo

Dear reader,

In more complex and chaotic times than what we consider to be “normal”, the turbulence of ideas and behavior manifests itself with greater intensity, with the visible role of the prognoses on the determinants of the volatility and fragility of social systems. This state is characteristic of intensely dynamic systems, in accordance with the literature contributions of already classical thinkers on complexity and chaos. Many of them advocate that complex systems shape nature and societies. After all, the world functions as a set of complex systems, with occasional oscillations of chaotic intensity phenomena.
