Resumo

Dear Reader,

In any context, but especially in critical times such as the one we are experiencing, no solution to the great problems of humanity does not require the integration and strengthening of cooperation ties between peoples. The intensity of cooperation can happen in a wide to low context. In any case is fundamental the respect for autonomy, or free will, for history, aspirations and living conditions of the peoples.
