O efeito mediador das capabilidades da tecnologia e sistema de informação na relação entre gestão da cadeia de suprimentos e desempenho competitivo

Resumo


O objetivo deste artigo foi identificar o efeito mediador das Capabilidades da Tecnologia e Sistemas de Informação (CapT-SI) na relação entre Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos (GCS) e Desempenho Competitivo (DC). Para tanto, como metodologia, utilizou-se do método misto. Na fase qualitativa, foram coletados dados junto a uma amostra de 10 empresas e tratadas pela análise de conteúdo. Na fase quantitativa, a coleta de dados se deu em uma amostra de 125 empresas e tratadas pela estatística multivariada. Em ambas as fases, as amostras foram compostas de empresas dos polos tecnológicos brasileiros. Os resultados revelaram que as CapT-SI medeiam totalmente, a relação entre GCS e o DC. Diante disso, pode-se concluir que as CapT-SI tem papel importante para a integração e DC das empresas dos polos tecnológicos.
