Propositura teórica de um modelo de avaliação de qualidade percebida de um evento de esporte escolar.

Resumo


Atualmente existe um grande interesse na identificação das dimensões da qualidade percebida pelo consumidor de serviços em diferentes setores. Este artigo executa um levantamento da literatura, para poder entender e avaliar as dimensões da qualidade percebida no contexto do esporte escolar na visão do praticante. As dimensões encontradas foram selecionadas segundo um pensamento integrativo entre gestão e os aspectos pedagógicos ligados ao evento esportivo e a educação. A metodologia aplicada é uma revisão sistemática da literatura, por meio de uma pesquisa nas maiores bases de dados disponíveis filtrados pela data, número de citações e índice de relevância do periódico e maior relação com o tema. Desta feita, os antecedentes encontrados foram Estrutura, Serviços, Aspectos Individuais e Aspectos Sociais. Na composição da dimensão dos Aspectos Sociais foi incorporado o fator Aspecto Pedagógico pela total aderência ao objetivo deste artigo.
